Full GEO Audit
Understand where your brand appears, disappears or gets misrepresented across the AI-assisted buyer journey — and what to do about it.
We test the questions buyers are likely to ask at Discovery, Evaluation and Due Diligence stages, benchmark you against competitors, analyse the evidence shaping AI answers and turn the findings into a practical communications roadmap.

What the Audit diagnoses
Clarity × Consistency × Consensus
Clarity
Do AI systems understand you accurately?
The Audit shows:
How AI systems describe your company, products and capabilities
Where information is inaccurate, outdated or ambiguous
Whether your priority positioning is understood correctly
Which owned-site issues are creating confusion
Consistency
Where do you appear — and where do you disappear?
The Audit shows:
Whether priority products and themes are supported across your owned content
Whether those signals recur consistently or appear only in isolated pages
Whether different parts of your digital estate tell the same story
Where important capabilities lack enough supporting content or named expertise
Consensus
What evidence is shaping the answer?
The Audit shows:
Which independent sources validate your positioning
Where credible third-party evidence is strong or weak
How your evidence base compares with competitors
Where you need more customer proof, media coverage, analyst evidence or other external validation
How the Audit works
Test the Buyer Journey
Discovery
Do you enter the candidate set when buyers ask broad questions about your category, market or problem?
Evaluation
How do LLMs see you when buyers compare providers, capabilities and specialists?
Due Diligence
When buyers investigate you directly, what strengths, concerns and verification questions are surfaced?
We build the test set around your market, priority products, competitors and the questions your buyers are likely to ask based on decades of experience in B2B tech, with repeated testing across leading AI platforms.

Your Audit includes:
- AI visibility scorecard — Discovery, shortlist and recommendation performance, plus visibility by AI platform
- Buyer-journey analysis — where you enter, disappear or lose ground across Discovery, Evaluation and Due Diligence
- Competitive landscape — who occupies the answer space, how often they appear and which competitors AI systems actually put you alongside
- Narrative fidelity scorecard — which parts of your positioning travel accurately, disappear or become distorted
- Evidence and source analysis — which owned and independent sources shape the evidence environment, and where proof is missing
- Website & entity scorecard — crawl/index access, sitemap and robots, internal linking, company facts, team information, legacy URLs and other technical/entity hygiene
- Clarity × Consistency × Consensus diagnosis — scored and supported by the evidence behind each rating
- Prioritised action plan — the changes most likely to matter across website, content, PR, analyst relations and third-party proof
- Baseline for re-testing — so progress can be measured against the same starting point later
You leave with a baseline, the evidence behind it and a prioritised roadmap, not just a dashboard telling you how often your name appeared.
We test where you win and lose across the AI-assisted buyer journey,
then turn the findings into a detailed diagnosis and action plan.

The free Snapshot is a smaller diagnostic across a limited set of prompts. It gives you a quick view of whether you appear, how you’re described, which competitors show up and any obvious Clarity, Consistency or Consensus gaps.
The Full Audit goes much deeper. It tests the buyer journey across Discovery, Evaluation and Due Diligence, benchmarks competitors, analyses narrative accuracy and evidence sources, reviews website and entity hygiene, and turns the findings into a prioritised action plan.
-
We build a structured set of buyer questions around your market, priority products, competitors and the things you want to be known for.
The Audit looks at whether you enter the candidate set, make the shortlist and survive due diligence; how accurately AI systems describe you; which competitors occupy the answer space; what sources shape the answers; and where evidence or credibility gaps exist.
-
The current Audit framework tests across leading AI platforms including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini and Perplexity.
We use three repeated runs because individual AI answers can vary, and we report platform differences separately rather than pretending there is one universal “AI visibility score”.
-
We agree the scope upfront. Your priority market, products or services, competitors, target buyers and the questions or themes that matter most.
That gives us the basis for the prompt set and ensures the Audit reflects the way a real buyer is likely to research your category rather than using a generic list of GEO questions.
-
No.
The Audit identifies patterns, evidence gaps and practical actions, but no recommendation can guarantee a specific AI result. AI systems change, models differ, and a cited source appearing alongside an answer does not prove that source caused the result.
That’s why the Audit separates observed findings from our interpretation and states limitations clearly.
-
Yes.
The Audit creates a baseline that can be re-tested against the same prompt set and documented methodology. The framework recommends re-testing after 8–12 weeks, once agreed changes have had time to go live.
